Just got a NiP through the post for one of our company cars (not a Scoob) that is driven by quite a few people in our firm. Car is registered in the company name so letter addressed to the company rather than any individual. If i can't find out who was driving at the time, what happens - who gets the points?

I believe it's the firm's responsibility to state who was driving at the time. If the firm can't do that it be in default of the law & I think that the MD could be prosecuted. Try Burr's forum - he might be able to help you out.
