Hi, just had a GBF BOV installed and it sounds different than I expected. During a shift, or releasing the throttle under higher boost conditions there is the hiss of air venting(similar to the sound of airbrakes on a truck) and then there is a fluttering, or sputtering sound. this noise is present also at low rpm when you release the gas. I was just wondering what other folk's valves sound like. Also what are the units on the turbo gauge for the 2002 WRX? And what readings can I expect to see? This is my first post here ever...so hey everyone! Thanks.

Can't comment on the GFB. WRT the units - normally measured in bars - probably runs from around -0.7 to around +1.5 or so. Depending on the fuel your're running (and assuming no mods) you should see upto 1.1 or so AFAIK.
