AP is part of Borg and Beck. Borg & Beck would just be the name the everyday products are sold under. Whereas, AP is the sportier stuff.

All,

This is IMHO a very sad story...

Borg&Beck WERE THE High Quality .. Top Notch .. UK clutch manufacturing arm ... Renound for producing the World's best Drag/Racing Clutches - part of the AP group (ie made AP Racing Clutches).

Unfortunately the whole AP group was split up & sold off to/as separate companies.

Borg&Beck unfortunatly no-longer produce the high-quality racing standard clutches they used to. Borg&Beck are now relegated to producing high volume economy clutches for a large UK distributing company.

AP Racing Clutches are now re-badged Brembo units.

thats intresting didn't know that!

so would you say in ur opinion that it is still a faily good clutch?

as i can get 1 for £180 + the dreaded vat,

which i thought was very cheap for a what i thought was still AP

thanks in advance
