My boss does not rate these :( apparently they just show you slides etc.

Andy Tang 09 January 2003 02:30 PM

And don't use them for Microsoft courses as they are not accredited to do them!

But I'm sure a jolly out of the office is always good!! ;) :D

Scott.T 09 January 2003 02:31 PM

A week up town though, staying in a 4-star Hotel... all on the company :D

I went on course with these guys near Euston. I was not impressed and shall not use them again. For a course that requires hands on at the PC, they had 1 PC between 2 people. Also, comparing them to QA Training, they aren't very good value for money IMO. I do recommend QA Training though whom I've been on loads of courses with.

I'll second jerome on both counts, learning tree cr@p, QA good

Mark Kwiatkowski 09 January 2003 03:16 PM

A bit O/T but who at work gets bombared by Learning Tree Catalogues? I used to get a sh!t load of them at work and even when i told them i don't want them they just kept sending them!!

Just before leaving my last job i had a pile of them about 3 feet high!

And yes they are cr@p for training.

I did an Oracle course at their Euston branch.

Cr@p course, great food :D

Jerome 09 January 2003 05:12 PM

Ah, I forgot about the food. The LT food was like being back in the school canteen (I only ate there the first day - Maccy D's or Pub from then on).

QA at Artillery Lane takes you to a different (and pretty reasonable) restaurant each day).

Anyone been on one ?

I'm on a Project Management Course next week :( or should that be :D:D:D
