How big is it? if it's under 1.5Mb send me it and I will have a go. I think I have done it with AVI but it was ages ago.

It's 3 mb :(
That's about 15 seconds of movie.

I only realy want a couple of seconds "cutting out" of it, but if anyone can convert the whole lot to animated gif that would be great. I'm not botheres about the final file size being fairly big :)
