L*** PSC Silver 4 Door

JVSImpreza 05 January 2003 03:01 PM

where did you see it?

Dark Evo 05 January 2003 10:49 PM

Anyone know of the car or the driver?

Silver, alloy wheels, tinted windows, big boot spoiler.

Numptie 05 January 2003 10:57 PM

Why not answer JVSImpreza's (valid) question ?

Numptie 05 January 2003 11:00 PM

Dark Evo has no identifiers on his profile.

Best leave this one alone unless he / she is able to provide a valid reason for the original question.

Miles 05 January 2003 11:01 PM

Furry-boots did ya see it?

North, South, East, West, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness?http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/1.gif

Dark Evo 06 January 2003 12:02 AM

No one knows of the car or the driver then?

Miles 06 January 2003 12:16 AM

Scooby Dooby Blue 06 January 2003 10:21 AM

Silver, alloy wheels, tinted windows, big boot spoiler.
Nope, never seen one like that before :D

Dark Evo 06 January 2003 11:58 AM

Know one knows him then.

OK, thank you.

Amanda-Jane 06 January 2003 12:20 PM

There are quite a lot of Scoobies in Scotland so maybe if you did answer the question as to the location somebody may have been able to help but since you are being so bl00dy awkward I seriously doubt anybody will help you.

AJ

sasim 06 January 2003 12:31 PM

Dark Evo no one on here is going to answer your question unless you answer the questions of where you saw it and why you want to know.

We are very protective of our car details on here and it looks very suspicious if a new member comes along and starts asking questions, and refuses to state why they are asking.

So either answer the questions and sit back and get some immediate positive responses or go away !!

Stuart

Snowplough 06 January 2003 12:50 PM

Well-said Stuart!

Sounds like someone is and wants to settle a score

Let me think

Perhaps an Evo got blown away by a Scoob :p

Dark Evo 06 January 2003 01:43 PM

OK, let me put it this way.

Does anyone here recognise the registration number?

No one is answering my question, thats even more suspisious!!
It's a straight question.

I saw the car when I was in Glasgow with my mummy.

ozzy 06 January 2003 02:12 PM

Did you spit your dummy out then too?

No, I don't recognise the registration plate, but I've seen quite a few silver 4-doors kicking around Strathclyde.

You were asked 6 times where you saw it and never bothered to answer. What did you expect?

Stefan

JohnS 06 January 2003 02:21 PM

I've seen a similar car driving about Aberdeen with a very similar registration. Could be quite a few cars going about, which were imported by the same dealer, and hence having the same suffix on the registration number.

John

Dark Evo 06 January 2003 03:34 PM

Thanks John,

I am gonna let this one go, before people get too agitated.

Guy's dont worry about it, he spent 3 hrs driving up and down the street I live in, in the middle of the night.
I am conserned about my car(Subaru).

I was hoping someone would know him so I could relax.

SiPie 06 January 2003 04:09 PM

Perhaps if you'd mentioned that point earlier, then you may have got some kind of response, but seeing as there is no e-mail address in your profile then I'm sure you can understand where peole are coming from

Oh and....the way you avoided the questions....

You aren't a politician by any chance are you? ;)

Miles 06 January 2003 07:19 PM

Oh and....the way you avoided the questions....
The main question was "where", to which the answer was "my street": to which I can understand that Dark Evo didn't want to give away too much of the location in light of the questionable circumstances.

Dark Evo: Sorry for giving you a hard time, but I think we all can see each others points of view. :)

sasim 06 January 2003 08:10 PM

Ok this to me is still well suspect.

On one post he says:

I saw the car when I was in Glasgow with my mummy
Then the next post:

he spent 3 hrs driving up and down the street I live in
I'm assuming it's a young kid here.

Will I just delete this whole post or will locking suffice, hmmm

Stuart

sasim 06 January 2003 08:11 PM

Oh and I'll take this corner :D

Amanda-Jane 06 January 2003 08:12 PM

It's a tough one Stuart but he could have at least just said Glasgow, it ain't that small a place

Your call,

AJ

Marky-San 06 January 2003 08:21 PM

I think its well suspect. Sounds like either a mad stalker, or a road rage suspect? Dark evo has their chance to elaborate and clearly ignored the questions. Doesnt sound like a child either. Sorry mate, I'd give you the 'red card' for this post.

Sasim upto you off course;)

robinH20MRV 06 January 2003 08:41 PM

sorry, it sounds a bit iffy to me, so it has to be a thumbs down from me, sorry if i am wrong, but............

cheers to ALL, robin and h20.

Jools 06 January 2003 09:18 PM

Hmmmm.....:( Has to be the red card I'm afraid!

Dark Evo; Sounds to me that you are all & and I think the whole thing is very un:cool:

Dark Evo 06 January 2003 10:54 PM

Hey Miles, np, understood.

Sasim, please, if you would, give Miles a chance to see my reply, and then delete the thread.

It's getting a bit embarasing reading some of the reply's.

Miles 06 January 2003 11:01 PM

Read. :)

I saw the car when I was in Glasgow with my mummy.
Anyone (apart from Dark Evo) heard of sarcasm :p

But in the the end of the day, it's your call Stuart.

AlanG 07 January 2003 12:12 PM

he spent 3 hrs driving up and down the street I live in
Would it not have made sense to contact the local plod to check him out?

If someone was going up and down my street for that length of time i would be a bit concerned.

Better safe than sorry.

Dougster. 17 January 2003 11:54 PM

Who is.................our new moderator?

Houston you have a problem! Stuart one minute you wanted to lock the thread, the next you take a MUPPET corner! Consistency???

This is real people. Stuart, you yourself have been a victim of vandalism. The guy in question wanted to keep his identity secret incase of repercussion and tried to keep the thread as sensible as possible.

Reading the thread it is immediate that some of our well know SNetters get their back up very quickly, and don't give much of a chance.

Was it your street that this car was going up and down, and would you act any different? I know the original post did not identify any initial problem but why did people think there was one?

Yes he did have options of calling the police.........but it was a SCOOBY!!!!!!!!????????

We are a community and I think the concern now is not the car in question, but the extremely negative, defensive response and attitude of the members of the bbs and the way it was moderated.

Miles, sarcasm noted.
JohnS, would not expect any other response.
AlanG, sensible option.

Dougster.
