Sorry I know it's the same old question...

What should I put in my MY95 GL?
Motul 300v, Castrol RS and Mobil 1 Motorsport seem to get recommended most for turbos on here, same go for a GL? Should I still go for 15W50 ish?

Also what should go in the gearbox? 2nd is getting notchy now, and it's done 47k miles and is 7 years old so I pressume is about due a change. Doubt it's had anything much done since 3 years old as it's not been serviced at a main dealer since then. Should fluid in the viscous coupling or anywhere else be changed too?

Where's cheapest to get said items? Local Motorworld has Mobil 1 Motorsport for £34, Magnatec about £25. That's all they stock that's any use though.
