Follow this link. Click browse and then choose the pic you want to upload from your computer. Then it will upload it and you can just copy the information onto this topic

File sizes must be under 100k

Also if you are running certain firewall software on your computer it will not display the images, and instead display 'Error 901'

Yes, if you size the image down to 640x480 pixels this will normally ensure that the image is small enough to be uploaded.
