Looking at the Subaru UK web site there is still no mention of the revised WRX for next year. Do Subaru UK know that there is one !!!?

Also How much do you guys think my June 2001 UK300 is worth at the moment. No cracks about new prices dropping just a realistic idea

It has

PPP
Scorpion Exhaust and TSL resonator section
Quick shift gear change
Forge Dump Valve
ITM Air Filter
STI Lamp fog covers
Sports grill and side pods
+ all usual special edition bits

I think Subaru are trying to sell what they have rather than draw attention to the new shape. Their previous press releases have said that the new shape was launched early... One could get the impression that they're not terribly happy with the way that's been done, as it certainly has cost them money.

As for what yours is worth, that's a nightmare question. In short, "what someone will pay for it" is the real answer. God only knows what that value is in the current marketplace. I'd put it up at whatever price you feel is fair and see what response you get. If anyone's interested, they'll no doubt tell you that they think it's too much but at least it's a start of negotiations :D

Does this help? Dunno :D
Nick.

Steve

Trade value to a non-Subaru garage is about £16-16,500.
Privately, i'd like to think you'd get £18-18,500 for it.

I'm getting one that's being traded into a local garage. May '01, 7000miles, PPP and lots of extras (WRC mudflaps etc.). £16,000 :)

The point that I am most concerned about is that if Subaru have admitted that the shape of the bugeye is wrong then why should we pay the cost of developing the replacement by getting reduced trade in and paying more on the new car. Is this a way of driving real Subaru enthusiasts away? I am on my third Turbo in 5 years. If this is the case then I might as well go to manufacturer that isn't going to chop and change. I am convinced that I would have been better off now if I had bought a 3 series BMW
