One of my mates is looking to buy a new scooby for the first time and as he lives around the corner from Days went there. They have a new salesman ex-BMW who upset my mate and his wife so much that they nearly did'nt make the purchase. Luckily the went to Colchester and will be getting the car very soon. Anyone else had this problem at Day's ?

andy, i found richard to be courteous helpful and generally decent at at times. in fact i found osbornes a load of arseholes who incidentally charge a lot more for upgrades than Days do!
i spose its how yer find people, or maybe he had an off day. i dont work for subaru, im just a happy customer. however , its always getting a quote from richard with regards to upgrades as money talks at the end of the day. dont cut yer nose off to spite yer face, as the saying goes.
