Just had a letter from my dealer, my 00my turbo is now 12 months old and due a "ANTICORROSION INSPECTION". All very well I say but this is NOT a service just a check over and a quick spray of sealant here and there, £94 they say!!. Is this the norm or are they taking the four X ???.

I'm afraid that they are not having you on, that's exactly what I just paid to have the same service done!

I guess it's worth it to keep the six year body warranty though ...

It might be worth noting Bryan that every time I have had an 'anti-corrosion' inspection the black stuff they apply under the arches has worn off after a month or so. Check yours out after a while, how it's supposed to last a year I don't know?Basically your paying £94 for the ink they stamp your book with (oh, and the wax in the doors etc I suppose)!
