Does the STi7 actually need a strut brace? Can you tell any difference?

Where is the best place to get one (they do look cool anyway!!)

Prices?

i've found that strut braces are little more than eye candy...

unless... you have a SERIOUSLY beefy suspsension set up.
then they become quite useful...

but all in all.. even my Subaru Rally car doesnt have a strut tower brace, we just welded/reinforced the strut tops...

cheers

Subaru actually claim they improve handling in their STI UK 7 bumph...

I've had them on another car and the difference was like night and day. Not sure you'd notice on the scooby as much as the chassis is strong in the first place... but ive got one and it looks cool if nothing else.. ;)

On a road car, total waste of money dynamically, but they look good (and make the car heavier  )
