Anyone know where I can get a barrier deadlock fitted to my car? I live in Ipswich and my nearest dealer (Osbournes, Colchester) have brochures for them but don't have a price or seem to know much about it.

Any recommendations for fitters in my area and any ideas on prices?

Hi Rob,
Had mine fitted at Days of Chelmsford when the car was purchased new. If I remember the cost was about £230 Inc Vat, talk to Richard Butler (top bloke).
At the time (March 00) mine was the first this dealer had fitted to a Turbo and I believe they had to call the guy in from Deadlock to help.
I was nervous about having it fitted to a newly purchased car but can't fault the job they did, it was a bit awkward to use at first but now I can unlock it before the 30 second timeout on the alarm with no problem.
Well worth the Money.
Cheers
Allan

Pete

I've been looking for one of these soddin things for some time. Are they on your website?

Your chums at GGR don't seem to rate their quality, but say the new one will be better.

What's your opinion?
