Only sometimes when cold when I turn the key the solonoid will click but thats it.....
If I hold the key in the start possition for a few seconds it will turn over and start.

Colin I dont know but it could be a bad earth, check battery terminals and battery to body earth strap.

if its not the earth problem then your starter motor is on the way out it may last months like this or knaker out in a few days
