LOL!

I think this guy either lives or visits just down the road from where I live.

Think he used to have a 2.5 Vectra - 'nuff said ;)

Greenmachine,

Now you mention the Vectra, I think I know who you mean. He blasted past me in it up University Boulevard once with his two mates. I think he was trying to prove a point.

Only it was a case if the hare and the tortoise as my carefully planned lane choice meant I joined the ring road before him :D (There are people who drive cars and there are drivers, if you know what I mean!). Of course he then proceed to blast past me again along the ring road, hmmm.

Maybe the Evo will be going cheap after his court appearance! ;)

Think the cameras still have the plastic sheets over the covers at the mo !

Dave.

markbluemica 02 December 2002 04:11 PM

Dave didnt see any sheets on em!

Mark

DemonDave 02 December 2002 04:48 PM

Look at the lenses, they did have a very faint light white sheet over them. When I first saw them I didn't know whether I had been speeding (only 42mph of cause ;) ) so I went back and checked !

Dave.

K9VYN [Kevin W] 02 December 2002 06:34 PM

Dave/Mark,

Yeah, the lenses do look obstructed by some sort of light greyish cover. Looks like Mr Pratt might have been lucky on this occasion. But if he travels that way often, you'd think he'd know about the cameras. I think he is bound to make the same mistake again at some point.

Kev
