gregh - funnily enough I was talking to the firemen at our local station last week & it puts it into perspective when you you realise that a fully trained firefighter is on 18-20k:eek: & I'm advertising for a server side/desktop engineer @ 20k doesn't it ??
I support the firemen btw, & we dropped some things off for them last week.
