Carroll Shelby, the legendary sports car maker, is turning 80 and to honour this a limited number of GT500E Shelby Mustangs is being build. In the movie Gone in 60 seconds this Mustang was the car Nicolas Cage couldn't catch.

According to Sportscartesting these Eleanor Mustangs are based on rebuild classics. The car develops 244kW thanks to its muscle V8 and nitrous oxide system.

The replicas have a new suspension setup and 17-inch alloy wheels. Sportscartesting reports that it will also feature the same paintwork as the original car including the black stripes and of course there will be the two small extra headlights.

How about 390hp for around £25k ?
