Anyone know the size of the bolts to join the centre and downpipe? (my99).

Well, for the bolt you'll need 14mm spanner, while the lug is 12mm. The length of the bolt I did not measure, if you intend to use the OE springs the bolts need to be rather long (some 60mm?)
