I'm running 1.25 high boost (rarely), which currently the clutch slips with at in 4th or 5th at high revs. Changing from 5th down to 4th is hard work, reverse has started to crunch.
I've been putting it off due to the expense, I'm also going to have a lightened flywheel fitted at the same time, my question is-
Ap Paddle
Ap Organic
or a Helix

I normally run 0.9 bar on a day to day basis, is the paddle going to be too much hard work ?
My younger bro is after a sapp coss soon, and I can't bear to loose against him if/when we get to Santa Pod, but I want something I can live with.

It's an expensive job, so I want to make sure I make the right choice, I was thinking of getting one shipped from Japan, as their parts are far cheaper.

Btw My car is a MY93Wrx

Any advice/Pointers anyone?

Cheers

AP paddle clutch. Used it in my MY93. If you're a good driver, it won't make much of a difference. If however you require the bite to be 10 inches long, go for a normal clutch instead.

Lol @ katana :D 10" long
Have a look on here for Rally colin, lightened flywheels for £120 if i remember correctly??
AP Organic if you want a biting point or AP Paddle if you dont :D

I have the helix job rated at 320 ft lbs torque & a 8kg flywheel on my 93 wrx no problems

I find the AP paddle (formula kit) good on a road car, whilst the helix is more for a rally car, bit mor on/off.

MRT 6-paddle sprung clutch kit for the fast road / Group N Subarus.

Anyone had any experience of one of these?

6 paddle= Very heavy clutch?

with barge on this one. Helix clutch, nice and handy, though with my feista power wagon it don't matter what type of clutch I have :D:D
