WRX = Who knows?? opinions vary. Something along the lines of World Rally Xperiment ???

STI = Subaru Technica International ( the tuning arm of Subaru)

As to the best one .. That's a very loaded question to which there is no real answer only personal preference.

My preference as the best is the 22B http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif

The best 1, as the guys have indicated depends on wot u wanna use the car 4.
Mondo 0 - 100 ?
Mondo top end ?
A bit of both ?
A general use mota ?

etc etc
