Just stepped out of the house to go to the shop and noticed this.

I'm ashamed to admit that as soon as i saw the Nova with the tints and the alloys i jumped to conclusions. The police were talking to the Nova driver i thought, "Excellent... they got the little S**t for something".

I walked past the scene only to see that it was actually a minor accident that was partially caused by the traffic lights not working (i'd passed then myself about 10 minutes beforehand).

Nova boy was actually the unfortunate driver who had some older guy in an old 318i shed pull out infront of him without even checking if it was clear. I noticed the police seemed to be paying considerable attention to the Nova and it's driver whilst the BMW driver was just standing there talking to his mate.

It just made me think, are the police treating the guy in the Nova fairly or are they tackling the incident with the same preconception i had?

Just my thoughts.......

probably thinking like you did unfortunately. Just hope the old guy is honest.

I'm sure he got away with something yesterday so you can console yourself with the thought that his evil past finally caught up with him and you were right in prejudging. :)
