Blitz Iridium, available from www.performanceexhausts.net

To change them you 'll need a triple-overhead-manifold-sprocked :D

I would use ngk pfr6b's or pfr7b's both are very good. you will need a plug socket small extention and rachet you will also need to remove the water bottle one side and the air box the other if you have one. Air box that is

I did this about a month ago on my '93 WRX. Its the type of job that the first time its going to give you some grief but its not too bad.
The most important thing to have is a spark plug socket with the correct length of extension. You don't have to remove the washer bottle but you do have to remove the battery. The most difficult is the rear plug on that side. I found that my extension was a fraction too long (about 1-2 cm) which made getting the plug out tricky as there was not enough room between the inner wing an the rocker cover to use the ratchet spanner to get the plug all the way out (it was very stiff).

Get some rubber gloves (better grip, no skinned knuckles) and make sure you give yourself plenty of time.

You will need a 10mm socket (with long extension) to remove the air box and a 12mm spanner to remove the bolts from the coil packs.
