MDS's right, it stays bright

i used mine for my ultralite AFR, that way i can switch it off when it starts to make me trip :D:D

What is going to happen if I unplug the bright switch will the clock still illuminate, don't care if it's bright or dull as long as it works.
I want to use the switch for sommat else ;)
