Winner, Yep you guessed it, Light Weight RS EVO with 315BHP!!, why didnt they use a Jap STi 7 with 300BHP???

from what i have seen, most of these tests are done with biased models.

also, the fact that the cars are different money, is yet another issue!!!

Because JDM STi's don't have 300bhp? ;)

C'mon Jason.

You are an ex-CTR owner and so should know all about 'car of the moment' testing. Whatever you have the magazines aren't interested in proving how good IT is, rather they are interested in proving how good the current 'flavour of the month' is against it.

Don't sweat it m8. You've had and got a great car. Go for a drive, floor it, feel the grin, go home again. :)

JDM STi's do have near 300bhp, they put 276bhp on all fast jap cars coz thats the limit.

Do you really think a Twin Turbo Supra is 276BHP?, more like 376!

I indeed floor it and have to say its flying!!:D

They put out around 276 on Jap 100RON fuel. I've never seen a standard JDM STi on Optimax/Super + Booster put out more than around this figure on the dyno.

It's a myth that JDM STi's are quoted as 276 but have much more....I can't however comment on other makes....
