There are a few of these for sale at the moment unfortunately. I bought mine 2 months ago. Very similar spec, slightly less miles. I would say it is worth about £14.5 - 15k. I payed a bit more, but that was from a Subaru dealer with warranty, and I got a very good trade-in value.
Anyone looking to buy one of these has several to choose from at the moment so it may take a while to sell.

do you still want to sell the RB5 mate,

any offers yet ?

My brother bought one last week from Scoobynet with 40k for £13500 and its a WR Sport.
Has he extended the Subaru warranty with it ? That will help sell it.
