Hi folks.

As it says above. A freind is sniffing around for laptops and the ones tha we do/get are not particularly competitive price/spec wise.

The US of A. Most laptops are priced $-for-£, so with the current cable rate of about $1.55 you're knocking 1/3 off the cost before you start. Plus there's no import duty payable on computers or computer peripherals bought from the US. :D

I got mine at Compaq Auctions
Paid £800 for one that originally cost about £1500
