Hi.

Ime becoming increasingly disilusioned with my curren employer, and would like to look elsewhere. Trouble is Ive been there for 4 years, and am scared of the outside world.

Can anyone recoment any good recruitment companies, preferably with a webside, and IT related (But not essential).

Failing that does anyone want to employ me in the shropshire region?

What do I do? Sit about drinkin' coffee, moaning cos my job is crap. Well, moaning cos my job is OK but we have had a 'pay freeze' for 18 months now. Which means thay give you a promotion, extra responsability and expect you to say "thanks very much" and do it for free. Ive had enough. One guy got a pay rise of 2.5% recently after 15 months :(

Seriously, I'm the Data Warehouse live service/support manager for a multi national IT company, which isnt IBM. I work on a government account in Telford. My job has aspects of team leadership, budget and financial management, service management, problem resolution ans management and technical consultancy for new projects.
