Apparently the owners of this one house had been seeing things and hearing voices for quite a while. They did some research and found that in the 1800's, a lady who once lived in the house lost her husband during the Civil War. Legend says that she used to sit at the table crying, talking to the memory of her husband and staring longingly across the fields in anticipation of her loved one returning home. Alas, he never came. They say that even to this day she still waits for him in the same spot at that table. The new owners of the house caught this video of what they claim to be her. It's not terribly clear, but if you look closely, it's easy to see. It took me about 30 seconds to find it so *keep looking*. To save you time, concentrate around the table. Best not to focus too much on one spot. Look around the table and toward the window. Also, the video recording managed to capture her crying. It's faint, but you can just hear the ghost crying; sometimes even talking in a low murmur. Remember to turn your volume up, or you may not hear anything. I can just hear it at full volume, but you may have to move your ear nearer to the speaker. This also comes and goes a bit. It may take about twenty seconds or so before you pick out the ghost so give it time... You will see her eventually. see/hear ghost video |
