Yup, but not yet.

Due to repeated demand, i am investigating sourcing as many as possible (used ones) and getting them all inspected, serviced, flow tested and grouped into batches of matching flow.

No idea on pricing yet, but I would say around £350 for 4.

Hopefully would be suppled with warranty.

If you want to risk using them prior to servicing, I can check it out, but that will obviously be cheaper.

I will post all info as I get it, please don't email me about this, again.

he means that they are second hand and you take the chance that they work... I think people clean them ultrasonically (sp) and then flow test them to make sure that they are flowing 550cc's or whatever...

Eitherway Im mad and a cheapskate.. and in a hurry to piss on your bonfire at well lane (not going to happen though!)

David

Pavlo 08 September 2002 03:59 PM

David is quite correct, they are second hand, but servicing and testing them means a good deal of confidence in them being okay.

Without the servicing we are looking around the £250-£280 mark, depending on what I can negotiate.

I thought thats what you meant, just wanted to make sure.

Any idea of timescale?

Pavlo 09 September 2002 10:00 AM

No idea of time scale just yet, have found someone who can test injectors, have a supply of some injectors at an okay price, and some more at a higher price.

Looking like before the end of the month though.

Price might well be under £350 (for the fully tested ones) if the cheaper source holds up.

Pavlo 10 September 2002 10:43 PM

Okay, I think I have found enough to go round. However, to get the best deal, I will probably have to buy a shedload at once, and judging from the response here, we are talking enough injectors for about 6 people.

I am sure if you do the maths, you can see this is a whole pot full of money, in the region of £2000. I don't have this sort of cash flow, so a quick straw poll; who is happy to pay me up front?

It may not be worth it depending on the sort of deal I can get, but I suspect the deal may be better if paying in notes if you see what I mean.

If people are worried, that's fine, it's natural. I will have more accurate details later.

In the meantime can people please email me with their requirements so I can go armed with nice numbers to the seller. I can also get some (considerably) larger thatn 550cc for the same sort of money.

NOTE! These are used injectors, which I can get as is (no warranty) or serviced and cleaned (with flow charts, spray pattern inspection and maybe even a warranty)
