I think they may be Kosei, as I know they make some rims named Seneka (i.e. S5R and Seneka sport etc).

Can anyone on here identify them and where possible if the centres can be sourced from anywhere and at what cost?

the brand name is for japan got some uk centre caps from eleite wheel and trye they are based in essesx.model code will be on the inside of the cap
