Mikie :)
Gizza call in the mornin' :) ***** ****** [Edited by Numptie - 9/4/2002 9:00:41 AM] |
Numptie,
just phoned, let it ring a few times then thought you might still be in your pit. Did you phone back, I'm at work (ASC)? *Ignore the above, since I just spoke to you. Numptie is not an easy name to ask for on the phone:D Hope you didn't think I was some windup merchant. Mike. [Edited by MikesWagon - 9/4/2002 8:39:52 AM] |
I'm looking for a specification of the font (and height) for rear side window name stickers.
Any help greatly appreciated. :) TIA N. |
I'm sure Salsa King can help.

Thanks Andy :)
I've got stuff from Phil before but I'm not clear on whether it's worth his while or a pain in the arse. http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/huh.gif Assuming that it's the latter, I intended to go somewhere local this time. Anyway, good point ... but I can't find his addy or any recent posts - can someone help ? Cheers :) N. |
Try this:D

Numptie,
what are you thinking of getting on the windows? Numptie + flag might get mixed reactions from non-Scoobynetters (they do exist I'm told...):D Be keen to know who you buy from, was thinking about doing similar a while back, but haven't pulled the finger out yet. Mike. |
Maxiumum height for name is 10 CM.
Must be in helvetica bold font, upper and lower case. The letters of the co-driver's name must be the same height/type as those of the driver. The national flag for each crew member must appear adjacent to their name. Taken from the FiA General Prescriptions rulebook. |
Brilliant ! - thanks man ! http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/thumbs.gif

BTW - I did have a trawl through the FIA site at their PDF pages of the regulations but didn't spot this.
Cheers again  |
No, it's me who should apologise - for making you phone a strange number and ask for a Numptie :D
