my mate got one and swears buy it. I prefer to do it with a hammer and chisel though. Still stuck in the dark ages:D

we get around quite a few sites installing diesel generators.
most Hadens, baileys, other big outfits will have one of these in the cabin from what i have seen. from what i can gather they are a godsend. mj. |
I prefer to as well, but I have two houses to rewire that Ive promised to do, and one is about 25 doubles and Light switches... and the other possibly more...
And I need to do it before my hand recovers... Which is where my sds chisels come in! :D David |
I thought about buying one, I'm building a new house so a little bit more mees doen't matter, I used a grinder to cut the channels for conduit and sockets, however my cousin used one and said it was brilliant, do a socket in about 2 mins!!!!!!!
|
Our sparky who came and did the top floor in our house used one of these. Took him about five minutes to put in four double sockets. His had some kind of hood arrangement to catch the dust, but worked a treat.
Cheers Ian |
They work like a morticer, they are brilliant, and cut socket holes in anything (even though you're not supposed to:D)
