I've arranged for Mark Underwood, the self-proclaimed God Of Wax, to come and give my car a good seeing to on Friday 10th August - the day of the Bedford Autodrome track day.
If anybody else wants to come round to my place prior to the event, either to get their own car professionally valeted, or to get tips on how to use the Wax Wizard products, or just to kill time before the track opens, they would be more than welcome. If there are enough people around at about lunchtime, and the weather is up to it, I will even stoke up the barbie.
Please note that the track day starts at 3, and so Mark will have a limited amount of time, so get in early if you want your car doing.
Contact Mark directly to arrange for any valeting/Wax Wizard products you require.

"self proclaimed God of Wax" ?!

NO WAY! He IS the God of Wax due to the number of devotees he has on the BBS!

Well, I'm not a disciple just yet - but I'm hoping to be converted on the 10th!

Does that include earwax?

Can I be the god of buggers?

Mark Underwood 11 July 2001 12:22 AM

Rebecca...your car should only need a quick go over. Quick wash, quick cleanse and a quick waxing. The more help I get the quicker the result the cheaper it becomes!

Mark

Rebecca - you could always come for a burger!

Scoobychick 11 July 2001 09:45 AM

Will there be any veggie burgers on offer? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

If anybody wants them - no problem. Tesco is just down the road, so I should be able to cater for all tastes. Or lack of.

Do they sell veggie burgers in singles? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif

MRK - I'm closer than you!

I missed the last event, so I've never actually been to the Autodrome, but it's 6 miles north of Bedford, and I guess that puts it about 10-15 mins away from me.

Feel free to pop round on 10th!
(e-mail me off-line for directions etc. - I don't really want to put my home address up on a public BB http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif !
