Would like some specific tax advice and guidance either from an accountant or from a member of the Inland revenue.

Email only please, and i have tried the national helpline already and seen banner on scoobynet before anyone tells me!

Have you read the Inland Revenue's Booklet IR150 "Taxation of rents: A guide to Property Income"?
