Welcome back m8 !

Likely oil would be something like 10w-40/ 15w-40 type oils, fully synthetic.

Motul 300w, Valvoline, Mobil 1 (?) methinks have been recommended here before.

My STi7 has just had its 1000 mile oil change.

The garage recommended Castrol RS fully synthetic
