I need to contact the warranty department at IM to give them a kick in the sensitive parts, as to why it taking so long for my new carbon handbrake to be sorted.If you can post the number it would be appreciated.

Ring IM and ask for the warranty dept. I tried and tried but could never get an answer, when I asked my dealer he said that they will only talk to dealers on the phone about warranty issues so you'll need to write, I did and got a letter by return of post almost.
