Be aware that the 6400 doesn't fit in the MY01+ because the surround isn't removable. Some people have the 8400 and love it on here...

cryptwalk 01 August 2002 09:34 AM

I have an Evolution chairk, so all is well. :)
I really like the idea of the mp3 player, I think this is going to be the way forward.

Cryptwalk,

Go for the Pioneer 8400, it's a superb unit, you won't regret it.

cryptwalk 01 August 2002 08:09 PM

it looks really weird though....

http://www.mcs-direct.co.uk/acatalog...DEHP8400MP.jpg

Is it worth the price tag and how do you put the mp3's on it?

STI MAN 01 August 2002 11:04 PM

The MP3's and WMA files are done by writing a CD from your PC.

I just tend to use WMA files as they're dead easy to whack on a CD.

Oh, and the facia, if you dont want the full OED display, just press open/close ;)
