Looked at this about 6 month's ago

I want to put some gauges in the space left after replacing the double DIN Stereo with a single DIN

CAN i get a gauge to fit if so where from?

I'm sure the mounting wouldn't be a problem

if you click the link you will see they are both sold http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadID=111614 but it is perhaps worth an email to find out where they came from?

Hi,

This won't be a cheap option but HKS do 46mm gauges and a DIN sized plate with holes for three gauges. Any HKS dealer will be able to give you more info and prices. Try Jamie at JW Racing.

Tony.

Thanks Tony

I will try Jamie

There's some HKS ones in the For Sale section right now.

I'm affraid they have allready gone

But thanks for pointing it out

Jamie from JW Racing can supply these New so I suppose unless there is another less expensive option then I'm off there

Phil

Have you got a link to JW Racing? I've been looking for DIN sized gauges for a while but can't find any.

Thanks,

Phil

I have located 2 sources for the 45mm gauge

Just got to decide which 3 I want

Water Temperature
Oil Temperature
Oil Pressure
Volt Meter
Vacuum Gauge
Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge ( EGT )

Any views ( I have a column mounted Boost gauge already)

I'd go for oil temp and pressure and the exhaust gas temp too. That's what i want anyway. Did you get a price for the HKS din plate, if so how much?

Tony.

Jamie at JW racing offer to make a plate, didn't say how much just asked me to measure the gap.

On a separate note, how easy are the gauges to install? I've never tried to do anything more than put fuel and washer fluid into a car? Also, why would I need an oil pressure gauge? I can see the need for oil temp and boost.

Phil
