Is the power steering suppose to make a noise when on full lock?

Fluid seems OK at full lock.

Dunno by my MY95 and my mum's MY98 both do so I hope it aint a problem!
Says in the manual not to hold it at lock for more than 10 (IIRC) seconds to avoid damage to something (pump I think) by the way.
