Not really as it is a US site
"Scooby NET] was born on January 6th, 2000. Since then we have overcome many struggles, to become what we are today. Our user base on average is around 300 users, but have been known to be well over 500. Thank you everyone for sticking with us... especially through our many IRCd and services changes. Thanks guys!"
