Easiest way to clean ya wheels is to get a set of 5 spokers http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif or even 3 spokers http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif......mmmmmmmmmm 3 spokers http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Never mind wasting money on wheel cleaners. WW Wax your wheels once a fortnight (only takes 2 or 3 minutes per wheel max with 15 spoke OZs) and all dirt will just rinse off, and even the most stubborn brake residue and road grime wipes off with a wet cloth.

Try it, you will be stunned http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

CLS,

Despite still having the original 15" wheels on my turbo I would like to keep them in good condition. As I don't like the current cleaner I have your post sounds interesting. If it's a good price and does a good job you will have a buyer...

I've recently come across a product for cleaning alloys that's blimmin brilliant. It's non acidic and does a great job. So much so I'm thinking of selling it. Anybody out there interested? Oh and there's another related product that gets rid of road film on windscreens. These products are brilliant and have been tested but the real beauty is I think the cost will be REALLY competitive. Anyone interested? Either e-mail me or post. If there's sufficient interest I'll buy advertising on the BBS. It's not for sale yet so I don't think it's unethical posting like this (I've not had a response yet from webmaster or moderator) I just want to find out if there is any interest. All replies welcomed

No it's not a sponge etc and it's better than a flippin toothbrush as well..lol

CLS 13 June 2001 09:59 PM

Still product testing..It's not a miracle cure for damaged alloys but it is simple safe and a very effective way of cleaning alloys. It's also about 1/10 the cost of the products I've recently been using.Believe me I've tried the lot and I hope to be able to sell it at a very competitive price. The best thing is it's never going to damage the alloys as it's so non toxic you could use it to clean your hands before dinner.
Thanks to everyone who has expressed interest so far, I'm hoping to distribute a few free samples so that a non biased opinion can be expressed.

Thanks again

Chris
