I dont like to be defeated by quiz questions!

Anyone know the answer to these:

Example:

50=Y for a GW
50 Years for a golden wedding

Questions:

7=D
36= Q in the C
140=P in a TTB
5= FO in a G
6= S in a CM
1=FA and AFO
640= A in a SM (Acres in a square mile?)
86400 = S in a D
693= RFL
0= R in a MO
3= LM from SAW

I had loads - these are the ones I cant instantlt think of - so if anyone fancies a challenge!

Thanks in advance!

Hanslow 10 July 2002 11:01 PM

I know it's not but if it was 2000 P in a TTB it would be Perforations in a Tetley Tea Bag :D

carl 10 July 2002 11:02 PM

6 = S in a CM
Sides in a cubic metre doesn't sound right. A cubic metre doesn't necessarily have to have sides (it could be a sphere with a volume of a cubic metre). Conversely any cube has six sides (well, faces actually), regardless of whether the length of an edge is a metre or not.

Somebody posted a link to a page with loads of answers for these sort of quizzes a few months ago.
