Never been caught speeding in my life, but that could change. Anyone who says they never speed is a liar, or a complete bore. We all do it, there is a difference between speeding and "inappropriate" speed.

I believe that those in the "40 MPH EVERYWHERE" brigade actually cause more accidents because people take chances to get passed them!

Speed maybe speed does kill, but slow speeds also cause accidents!
