Moved house a while ago and got so many different bills I have no idea what I actually owed and what I paid. So this time opted out of using DD to monitor what the thieving c*nts take.
First gripe: They add £2 for not using DD. Second gripe: You ring accounts and go through 10 different menus to pay a bill. I get asked for my NTL phone number 3 times - ffs I dont have a frigging NTL phone. Then I get asked for my account number. 10 mins later get through to operator, "I'd like to pay my bill". "Whats your account number sir"?. What is the point I ask? Think I will go back to DD as its just not worth the grief to do it this way. Simon. |
same here, they also wanted £50 for reinstalling the stuff yet the new house already had NTL!!!!!!!
so i cancelled all DD and waited.....and waited......and then they phoned! sort it out or i'll not pay i said..and they did sort it! T |
