Chris,

Do you mind standing around for 2-3 hours ?
How long do you want it to take ?
Will you be dissapointed with a fairly standard car ?
Would it damage your car ?
Are you going too bring octane booster ?
Do you think there is there a FAQ on this somewhere ?
Do you think you should win £5 for asking the most Q's ?

Dave :D

Sorry m8, couldn't resist !

I am thinking of organising another RR Day at John Nobles (chesterfield)(Derbyshire) Looking around october time.

It was a very good turn out last time and a top day out.:D

Last time it cost around £35 each but it comes with a full read out.

By the time october time comes John should have all the air conditioning fitted.

looking for around 20 cars with 5 reserves.(ALL SCOOBYS)

IF I GET A LOT OF INTEREST I WILL GO AHEAD WITH IT.

Richard.......................

Yes please m8.
I was at John Nobles about a month ago. She pulled 248 bhp, that was with only a panel filter, dawes(14psi), centre pipe and backbox. I should have full decat and my dawes boosting at around 16psi by October.

It was a good day at the last one in February.
Definately intrested in this one.

warbs 04 July 2002 08:47 PM

Possibly interested - never been to a RR day before - how does it work?- only ever seen the piccies in the magazines.
Am I going to end up standing around for 2-3 hours waiting for my slot - or is it just turn up and play ?
How long does it take for each session ?
Am I going to be dissapointed with a fairly standard car ?
Will it damage my car ?
Do I need to bring octane booster ?
Is there a FAQ on this somewhere ?
Do I win £5 for asking the most Q's ?

Cheers

Chris

kevin stanton 04 July 2002 09:02 PM

Warbs
The standing around and talking to all the other people is part of the rolling road day, discussing mods and why your bhp wasn't as high as it should be.
Each session takes about 20 minutes including set up time.
You won't be dissapointed with a fairly standard car, at least you will know if its running the way it should.
It won't damage your car.
I use octane booster all the time anyway as standards

hope this helps

Kevin
