Sorry if this has been discussed before but can't be over talked about this one..

I've heard from a good source (nee nurr nee nurr) that there are new phase speed camera's in Kent on M20 and M2. They dont flash cant be picked by radar detector don't use film as there digital and it's linked direct to swansea. They got over 4000 people in the first hour of them going live.

Works on distance markers and time you take to travel between them.

Can anyone shed anymore light on this?

The system is called SPECS and is currently operational in Nottingham and soon in Gloucester. There was an email doing the rounds a few weeks back saying that these things were going to be everywhere and that they would be coming on line on the 14th of June. This email was a hoax.
