Me driving astraboys cossie at Bruntingthorpe last year for the redline records 2 day.

That was in third gear too  I know cossies get flamed on here but you can't say that the rear wheel drive ones aren't fun to drive :D

Geezer!

P.S. I'll give you two guesses which wheel bearing has to be replaced before we get to the 'Ring :D Ah well!!!!

Sweet car  They sound the nuts on full chat :D What did you think of the surface? We found it stupidly abrasive and it ate the back tyres of the cossie  http://upload.turbosport.co.uk/galle...0615260917.jpg

Yeah, the circuit is too abrasive really. Especially where the asphalt has worn down to the concrete.. The ridges between the two, around the top sweeping 180deg, is a killer on the tyres.

I can go from a new set, to a dead set in half a day.. Although if you have assimetrico tyres you can swap them from side to side, making them last longer.

It's not my fave airfield really (unless it's wet).. It's a shame they've closed Bentwaters :(
