ULEZ Was Compliant - Now NOT
 

Hi,
I could really do with some advice.
My 2005 Impreza STI UK was Ulez compliant, I added a personal plate 4 weeks ago, and it came back as non-compliant.
I contacted TFL, who asked for both copies of the V5 and personal reg details; these have been provided.
They also told me to contact the DVLA and ask them; I have and was told the car was non-Euro 4.
When I check independent websites, it is saying it is Euro 4 compliant!

I have contacted a local Subaru dealer who really does not want to help.

The DVLA told me if I changed the reg back, it would still not pass the ULEZ, as my details have been updated.

Any ideas, this is driving me insane!
