New to cars help

So i bought a 15 wrx limited last year. Im looking to replace the spark plugs and was wondering if theres a huge difference between the ngk or denso ones meant for the sti. I have a friend who is offering some extras he has and wanted to know if they would work in my regular wrx. theyre the denso VKH20Y. It says it wont work with my car but ive been told other wise so im trying to find the truth before i jack up the engine.

I'd stick NGK bud. Denso do make alot of parts for Subaru's, intercoolers, power steering pumps, cambelt parts etc so not a bad brand, but not fused with there spark plugs.

I guess my question should be if STI spark plugs will work with the limited

Yes the DENSO VKH20Y appear to be equivalent to the OEM NGK: SILFR6A plugs required for the STi EJ257 engine.
Not too sure what a 2015 WRX Limited is, as as far as I know the UK didn't import any WRX's after 2010 at the latest (only the WRX STI widebody version).

Would this be a US Model?? If it is and has the FA20F engine then the plugs are different as listed below

and appear to be equivalent to the Denso IXUH24 plug

Well there you go - different plugs as above.:thumb:

Always handy to supply full details as this is a UK based site and US models can and do differ.

That must have cost a lot to ship it rather than purchasing one here?

i moved for the military so it didn’t cost me anything. In terms of LHD I find it easier cause I don’t feel like I’m driving off the road
