Rear Spoiler panels

Gents, stupid question time.

After 8 months ownership I’ve eventually noticed x10 screws (with paper thin blanks over the screws) and x2 panels on the underside of the rear spoiler - I can’t understand what they could be for as can’t be access panels as there’s no electrics there. Any idea?

Manufacturing moulding process/access.
The two in the lower base section are for taking the spoiler apart. The P1's had the top section replaced with a prodrive special top section.

I’ve been told off a FB Group chat that they are the connectors for the stiffies that can be fitted in the rear wing and someone else referred to an access panel for a emergency cable which keeps the rear wing tethered to the car in case of an accident! Any thoughts?

Yes, you can use a couple of the screws under the upper wing for attaching the stiffies, but stiffies came later, so use what was already there.
As for tethering the wing, who knows, the only one to come with a "cable" is the Newage WRX Whale tail spoiler. Not certain of it's actual use.
